• You must have a valid business account with Metro Cash & Carry to access the ordering system.

• You must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to make purchases on behalf of your business.

• You must provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information about your business.

• By creating an account, the business owner or authorized representative absolutely and unconditionally guarantees full and prompt payment of any and all indebtedness or obligations owed to Metro Cash & Carry.

• Metro Cash & Carry maintains the right to proceed directly against the guarantor without first having to proceed against the business.

• The guarantor agrees to pay all costs, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred in enforcing the terms of the Personal Guaranty and account terms.

• Products available include tobacco, cigarettes, candy, food items, and other vending products.

• All tobacco and cigarette purchases require valid tobacco licenses and permits.

• Metro Cash & Carry reserves the right to verify business credentials before processing orders.

• We maintain a security interest in all goods purchased until paid for in full.

• Payment must be made according to the agreed-upon terms of your account.

• Late payments may result in account suspension or termination.

• You agree to pay all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, if legal action becomes necessary.

• You must maintain all required licenses and permits for tobacco sales.

• You agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding tobacco sales.

• You are responsible for age verification in your subsequent sales.

• We reserve the right to suspend sales if any tobacco licenses expire or are revoked.

• You agree to use the website only for legitimate business purposes.

• You will maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

• We reserve the right to monitor and log website activity.

• We strive to maintain website availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

• We are not liable for any business losses resulting from website downtime.

• Product information and pricing are subject to change without notice.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in Michigan courts.
